Return & Refund Policy
At Zayna Furniture Guyana, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery or pickup.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Please note: A 21% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns that are not the result of damage or an error on our part.
Return Shipping
If your item is not damaged or incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for the return transportation cost back to our store. All returns must be sent to:

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund (minus the 21% restocking fee, if applicable) will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund posts.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at sales@zaynafurniture.gy for assistance.
